Campaign Terms & Limitations
- Purchase & Gifting Limits: You may purchase one (1) of each package type for personal use. Up to three (3) additional packages may be purchased as gifts for unique recipients (Note: Limit is one (1) gift package for the Founding Light, Small Business/Family, and Legacy Founder tiers).
- Package Sharing & Limits:
- Individual Packages: Individual tiers (including the Founding Light package) are a unified experience for one person and cannot be shared.
- Shared Packages: The Small Business/Family package can be shared among up to five (5) designated people. The Legacy Founder package can be shared among up to six (6) designated people.
- Booking & Redemption Policy: Booking for all pre-sale package sessions will officially open no later than three (3) months after the pre-sale is fully funded. All promotional package sessions must be redeemed within one (1) year of the center’s official grand opening. (Exception: Legacy Founder package sessions enjoy an extended redemption window of eighteen (18) months from the grand opening date).
- Value Protection: If you have unredeemed sessions after your package's specific redemption window, the original dollar value paid for those unused sessions will be securely applied as a credit toward our current pricing.
- Location: All services must be redeemed exclusively at the ThriveLight Wellness Center Chicagoland location.
